Two separate treatments

This page covers (1) data collected on the website (trial form, newsletter, campaign parameters) and (2) data processed by AroBox once a box is installed. They are not mixed. Publisher details: legal notice. Controller: Arobass — contact@arobass.ai.

Website — what we collect

Trial form: first name, last name, email, company, optional need. Newsletter: email. With a submission we also keep host, language, landing page, referrer, campaign parameters (UTM), IP and date (abuse prevention). AroBox leads and Arobass IT audit leads are stored in separate files.

The button opens WhatsApp (wa.me); the WhatsApp Business mobile number is not shown in clear text or as a tel: link. The published landline on the site is +41 21 505 00 07. The conversation is processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). Those WhatsApp messages are not stored in this website’s lead file.

Purpose and legal basis

Answering your trial, demo or newsletter request (pre-contractual steps). Consent via the form checkbox for that processing.

AroBox — documents and index

Mail, files and the search index stay on the AroBox at your premises. Answers are computed on private Arobass infrastructure in Switzerland — or on your premises if that option is contracted. Your contents are not used to train a model. A data-processing agreement (DPA) is provided separately, before a trial, when we process personal data on your behalf.

Retention

Website leads are kept as long as needed to handle the request and legal accounting duties, then deleted or archived.

Processors and location

This website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva, Switzerland). Email on the same operational stack. No advertising networks.

Cookies

No tracking cookies. Language, currency and theme stay in your browser’s localStorage. A sessionStorage keeps the landing page and optional UTM for the visit, only to attach them if you submit a form.
